The ROM is too big to work via SNES emulation on the DS. Generally, ROMS bigger than 4MB won't work because of the hardware limitations of the DS. You can run DQ5, DQ1+2 and Torneko no Daibouken just fine though. That's also the reason you won't see Slot-1 emulation of GBA games even though the DS can handle them natively in Slot 2.
