another person with hotfix problem

okay so this is what i type into an ms-dos prompt (obviously in the folder with the files):
hotfix_1.1_004_DQ.bat dq5.iso
i've also tried with "" around dq5.iso
i always get the same error:
'hotfix_1.1_004_DQ.bat' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file
I even tried dragging dq5.iso onto the batch file and the ms-dos prompt window came up flashed words too fast to see and disappeared. what the heck do i do here?
edit: okay I found the 012 hotfix, but i'm still getting the same error message. please help
That error means you don't

edit: nevermind i got it to work. i copied it all to another folder and did it from there and it worked. maybe i was spelling something wrong. i dont know
